GOAL 1:
I want to Lose KG's, Improve Muscle Tone and learn about Correct Nutrition to see Dramatic Results in my Appearance  without having to Jump, Hop, Skip or Run!


12 Week "Body of a Lifetime"
TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION

Includes 3 Sessions per week, free "MASTERCLASS" & Nutrition Journal
Located indoors at our Studio in Moorebank 
Cost $360 per person


Ideal For Individuals who are:

  • New to exercise or have not exercised for some time
  • Pregnant (up to 36 weeks) or have recently become a mother
  • Suffering injuries and looking to improve Strength and Range of Motion 
  • Wanting to lose more than 10% of their body weight or more
  • Looking to Increase muscle definition & tone

GOAL 2:
I want to drop a dress size or two, increase my fitness and see muscle definition - I don't mind a bit of sweat, but I am looking for a lower impact approach with an option to push a little harder if I feel like it - I still want to see results afterall!!

40 DAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
Includes 2 Sessions per week, free Saturday Morning "OUTDOOR CHALLENGE SESSION" & Nutrition eJournal
Located indoors at our Studio in Moorebank, Saturdays at a Local Park in Wattle Grove, Moorebank or Chipping Norton 
Cost $249 per person

  • Hoping to lose a few kg's and learn to "Eat Better"
  • Looking for a "Gradual" but effective approach to increasing their fitness
  • Wanting to fit into a special oufit for an upcoming event
  • Keen on having a "Total Body" program that improves both Fitness and Strength
  • Eager to have more Energy!

Ideal For Individuals who are:

  • Eager "Outdoor" enthusiasts and are happy to train RAIN, HAIL or SHINE!!
  • Injury Free (or well managed) with a good "base" fitness level
  • Up for a CHALLENGE and are prepared to be PUSHED out of their comfort zone
  • Keen to improve running technique and times
  • Looking for an "Off-Season" training program to maintain fitness for sport
  • Hoping to gain employment in the Police Force or Miltary and/or need to pass the Basic Fitness Assessment

We also offer Individual Personal Training for more specific, individually tailored programs. You can train in our private, air-conditioned, commercial grade studio, or we can come to you or meet you at your favourite outdoor training location!
