BABYSITTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By leaving children in the care of No.1 Personal Training & Fitness babysitters Parents/Guardians acknowledge the following:

1. Parents remain liable AT ALL TIMES for the safety, wellbeing and discipline of children and understand that Babysitters are NOT QUALIFIED CHILD CARE WORKERS and are available for the basic supervision of children for the duration if the training session only. By leaving children under the supervision of the Babysitters, Parents release No.1 Personal Training & Fitness (including representative thereof) from all liability in relation to the safety & well being of the child being supervised.

2. Should a child require parent’s attention (feeding, toilet, discipline) the parent will be notified by babysitter and the parent is to meet the child at THE TOP OF THE STAIRS. No children are to run up and down the stairs unaccompanied by a parent/guardian.

3. No food or drink is permitted in the child minding area other that water. Should a child require feeding this is to be done downstairs away from other children, so to avoid any allergic reactions.

4. Babysitters are provided as a secondary component to Personal Training services. A fee of $2 per child, per hour training session is required to be paid directly to the babysitting staff, prior to leaving children in the care of babysitters. NO CREDIT is available under any circumstances.

5. Parents also acknowledge that children under the age of six (6) months old are to remain in a baby capsule (provided by parents) whilst being cared for.
