Why did you become a Trainer?
I have always had an interest in the Fitness Industry and played competitive sports from a young age (Softball & Volleyball). I completed my Fitness Leaders Certificate years back and went on to join the Army where I held extra duties as a Unit Physical Training Instructor.
As I got older and left the military, work and life took up the "play time" and weight gain and motivation become an issue. After tackling a troublesome period in my life a few years ago I decided to re-study my Fitness Qualifications. This helped me re-assess not just my physical well being but my overall lifestyle balance. Because I gained so much positivity from  general fitness I decided to make it my "Career" focus so I could help other people see the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Favourite Food?
Gelato & Champagne
Preferably in that order, after a lovely Thai Jungle Curry
(Champagne is a food, right?)

Favourite Leisure Activity?
Hanging out with my Husband and Pug
Doesn't matter where we are, or what we are doing,
these two indiividuals are the centre of my universe!!

The best advice I can give to you is....
Set realistic goals that you can break into little pieces of success!!
Never say "I can't" as you don't know what  you are capable until you give it a go, and
Pay yourself a compliment everyday....the more positivity you have around you, the more you will attract.
